How to Order

To place an order for our curriculum LifeSongs, the Scoreboard workbook for teens or ProjecTruth t-shirts, tote bags or book covers:

1. Download the Order Form (26 KB pdf)
   
   
2. Print the form and fill it out, including quantity of items desired, shipping method, and billing and shipping addresses.
